We are looking for a passionate colleague to join our International IT team, working from Portugal. You will be in contact with our colleagues in Fujifilm Europe and will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of test activities and processes.

The team is also responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of all IT products and services. These services and products must meet quality standards before being supplied to users.

What you'll be doing

1. Evaluate test plans and contribute to continuous improvement
2. Prepare test plans for programs based on the test strategy (Waterfall-based)
3. Draw up test methods for testing projects and changes
4. Validate test plans for projects and changes
5. Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Tests) execution with end users
6. Validate and verify testing and manage test evidence
7. Defect management
8. Contribute to process and tooling optimization for testing
9. Maintain test tooling, test cases, and test data
10. Ensure compliance, security, and privacy in testing
11. Develop and share ideas to safeguard IT (regulatory) compliance
12. Contribute to designing and implementing a framework for IT quality, aligned with enterprise standards
13. Contribute to control, monitoring, and evaluation of IT quality
14. Test measures for securing IT quality

What you'll need

• Degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering or related areas
• 1–2 years of experience in testing and quality
• Knowledge of architectures and tools for system development
• Understanding of Quality Management processes and tools
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to travel occasionally and adapt to business needs
