Within the Data-as-a-Service (Daa
S) portfolio of the Data Intelligent & Automation Value Center, our mission is to become the central hub for all
- related activities across Siemens— including ingestion, understanding, curation, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• As a Test Manager, define and drive the Test Management process including the test automation concept
• Design and execute test cases that assure adequate quality and act as lead test analyst
• Support the Test Automation process from test case definition to automation run implementation
• Define and drive the Defect Management process, including all defect fixing activities
• Apply test tool support for design and execution of test cases, analyze quality and test coverage, and guide testers in using the tool
• Review Software Requirements (in the form of typical requirements or User Stories) to ensure testability, unambiguity and completeness of those
• Drive forward a "test-driven approach" within requirements engineering
• Maintain absolute integrity of the test run and defect database to ensure a full audit trail
• Ensure Test processes are aligned with business and provider
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing
• Represent the Test Management and Test Analyst position to both regional users and international staff on a regular basis

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in SW Quality Management
• Experience defining test cases which assure full test coverage
• Experience defining test automation concepts as well as implementing them
• Experience managing the software defect resolution process
• Degree ideally in Business or related field with a strong IT affinity
• High level of proactivity, structured, and
  - organized working style
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Experienced with agile methodologies
• Intercultural skills and motivation to work in a virtual and international team
• Certified ISTQB Advanced Level are a plus
