Program Areas

• Development – software development with Java or C# and a broad tech stack.
• Dev
  Ops & Sys
  Admin – intersection of development and operations with Application Support, QA or Networks.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics – bridge between IT and banking teams.
• Cybersecurity – safeguard systems and data, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
• Data – database, architecture, data engineering or data science.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1).
• Proficiency in Portuguese (minimum B1).
• Academic background in Computer Science or other IT-related fields.
• Availability for a
  - time internship (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with at least 2 days per week at our office in Porto. The first season of the Natixis Trainee Program 2026 begins in April 2026, so candidates must be available
  - time during that month and thereafter.
