Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth execution of the outsourcing contract, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external providers
• Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding and coaching the project team in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and
  - performance delivery
• Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies, promoting transparency, accountability, and
  - functional collaboration within the project
• Act as a liaison between the project team and external providers, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the timely delivery of contracted services
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project timelines or quality
• Collaborate with the project management office and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
• Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and a shared sense of ownership among team members
• Continuously evaluate and improve the outsourcing contract management process, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant knowledge and insights into project execution
• Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and any potential risks or deviations from the
  - upon scope

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced level of English and Portuguese, both written and oral
• Knowledge in
• Software development methodologies and frameworks, particularly Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Outsourcing and vendor management principles, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management
• Project management, contract management, or outsourcing management would be advantageous
• Professional certifications related to Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Ability to manage a project
• Analytical ability
• Communication skills, both written and oral
• Creativity and innovation / problem solving
• Organisational skills
