Italian and English Speaker Customer Advisors

Your new role

• With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls
• Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a
  - quality service is provided

What You Need To Succeed

• Italian and English fluent or bilingual
• Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel)
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels)
• Ability to
  - task by working independently, while being a team player
