As a Directory Platforms Operator, you’ll talk to customers in Italian and Portuguese, helping them manage their business listings and services. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and customers are happy.

Your Tasks

• Chat and email support – answer questions and give product info
• Create and manage customer files – keep everything neat and accurate
• Take or update orders – including changes or cancellations
• Handle feedback and complaints – always stay friendly and helpful
• Keep customer satisfaction high by being clear, professional, and supportive
