• Salary: Base salary of 1000 (x14 months) + 200 language bonus (x12 months)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
• Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.
• Follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
• Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet KPIs.

Your Profile

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
• Strong PC navigation and computer skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a
  - paced environment

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year)
• Associate degree in a related field
• Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining
  - quality output
• Team player with an independent work approach
• Professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations
