Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Base salary of 1000 (x14 months) + 200 language bonus (x12 months)

Meal Allowance: 1, 837 (net/year)

Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent of 280 with utilities included (discounted from payslip)

Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 in Economy class after 6 months

Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
• Update, audit, and manage content for a social media platform.
• Follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
• Protect customer data and ensure compliance with processes.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services to meet KPIs.

Your Profile

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
• Strong PC navigation and computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a
  - paced environment

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

• Experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year)
• Associate degree in a related field
• Tolerance for repetitive tasks with
  - quality output
• Team player with independent work approach
• Professional and patient demeanor
