What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Italian and a good level of English both written and spoken
• Experience: 1+ year in content moderation is a plus, but not required
• Skills & Traits: Logical thinking & good reasoning
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Resilience to disturbing or sensitive content
• Good stress management
• Analytical mindset
