Customer Service Specialist – Temporary (12 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast–paced environment.
