Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) in Italian across various platforms.
2. Identify and escalate violations of platform policies, including hate speech, harassment, and explicit content.
3. Ensure user safety by removing harmful or inappropriate content.
4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a
   - paced environment.
5. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation processes and policies.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand and platform integrity.
7. Work with sensitive content and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

1. Native or fluent Italian speaker (C2 level).
2. Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
4. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
5. Excellent judgment and
   - making skills.
6. Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is a plus.
7. Comfortable working in a team environment with rotating shifts.
