Role Overview

We are seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate is
- oriented, resilient, and capable of working in
- paced environments. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating
- generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. This role requires excellent judgement, emotional maturity, and strong cultural awareness of the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Review reported content (text, image, video, audio) to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates safety standards, including harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal material.
• Evaluate trends, escalating critical or ambiguous cases when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and performance against quality KPIs.
• Work with
  - functional teams to improve internal policies and user experience.
• Protect user safety by ensuring rapid and correct
  - making.

Essential Requirements

• Native/advanced Italian speaker.
• Good command of English (for training and communication).
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Emotional resilience and ability to work with sensitive content.
• Already based in Porto or nearby areas.
• Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.

Preferred

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety, or related fields.
• Understanding of Italian culture, social media trends, and digital environments.
• Ability to follow strict guidelines and achieve personal performance goals.

Work Schedule

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

Two days off per week, rotating.
