Your Tasks

• Moderate & Review Content
• Monitor, validate, and filter
  - generated content
• Review sensitive topics, user behaviors and ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas
• Ensure accuracy, speed, and
  - mindedness in every task
• Audit Advertisements & Copyright Content
• Check ads and user content for compliance
• Moderate based on social media rules and guidelines
• Analyze Reports & User Behavior
• Investigate flagged content with care and detail
• Follow clear protocols and procedures
• Make informed, independent decisions when needed
• Improve User Experience
• Actively suggest improvements to services
• Help maintain a safe and respectful online space

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Italian and a good level of English both written and spoken
• Experience:
• 1+ year in content moderation is a plus, but not required
• Skills & Traits:
• Logical thinking & good reasoning
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Resilience to disturbing or sensitive content
• Good stress management
• Analytical mindset
