Key responsabilities:

You will be responsible for the review, classification and elimination of content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.

You need to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.

You will investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.

Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work.

Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.

Your qualifications:

Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required)

Italian Fluent and English Fluent (mandatory).

Strong coping, emotional resilience, and
- management skills.

Strong attention to detail and strong critical thinking and
- making skills.

Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.

Ability to work well individually and as part of a team and to work differing rotations/shifts.
