Role Overview
As a

Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and assessing
- generated content — such as text, images, and videos — to ensure it complies with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards. Your precision and cultural awareness will help maintain a

Key Responsibilities

Content Review: Evaluate user submissions to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

Quality Assurance: Apply fairness, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity in every moderation decision.

Community Safety: Help maintain a secure, respectful, and inclusive online environment.

Process Adherence: Follow established workflows while adapting to updated moderation policies and priorities.

Escalation: Identify, document, and forward sensitive or complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about policy changes, platform updates, and best practices in digital moderation.

Requirements

Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).

Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
