Italian Customer Advisor for a Concierge company (Night Shift) - Lisbon, Portugal

Foundever is seeking an Italian Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves providing
- quality customer service to a luxury concierge clientele, focusing on travel, lifestyle, and personal services.

Responsibilities include:

1. Complying with company policies and procedures to meet quality and business standards.
2. Managing customer relationships and processing client requests via phone and written communication, including travel arrangements, lifestyle services, and event planning.
3. Performing inbound and outbound calls within established guidelines.
4. Maintaining accurate customer data and escalating issues when necessary.
5. Researching and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
6. Working proactively to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to work the night shift (10 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Native or fluent Italian (C2 level).
• Advanced English skills (C1 level or higher).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and
  - focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to relocate or be based in Lisbon.
