Responsibilities

• Assist viewers via phone and chat with various queries.
• Provide account and application support, particularly regarding software functionality.
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
• Respond accurately and promptly to viewer inquiries.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
• Passion for entertainment and media.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
