- Handling inbound Customer
- Managing and analysing technical related queries (concerning fixed lines, internet, Sunrise TV), and handling
- Giving recommendations and offering better solutions regarding our company’s products and services (based on the clients’ needs)- Efficient Communication with our customers exceeding their expectations whilst guaranteeing quality standards set by Sunrise- Call center work
- Languages: Italian (fluent) and English (advance)- Strong Customer
- Flexibility and
- Excellent communication
- Autonomous and precise work
- Punctual and with
- management
- User knowledge of word, excel, outlook, teams, google drive
