The Offer:
- Resolve customer issues in a professional way;
- Manage to handle large volume of calls, emails, and queries;
- Identify customers' needs, anticipate recommending products, and offering alternatives;
- Provide feedback, create reports, and recap information;
- Advise on company information and details.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English;
- Experience in customer support;
- Genuine caregiver. Able to
- task, proactive, and good with time management; - Strong in phone calls and email writing;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
