The Offer:

• Resolve customer issues in a professional way;
• Manage to handle large volume of calls, emails, and queries;
• Identify customers' needs, anticipate recommending products, and offering alternatives;
• Provide feedback, create reports, and recap information;
• Advise on company information and details.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English;
• Experience in customer support;
• Genuine caregiver. Able to
  - task, proactive, and good with time management;
• Strong in phone calls and email writing;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
