Italian Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 17:00 (rotational shifts); Days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day

Contract Type: Fixed-term (CDD) 6 months

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join an international insurance team in Lisbon. You will provide professional support to customers and brokers, handling queries via phone and email. What You'll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about products, coverage, and policies.
• Assist with policy cancellations and broker inquiries.
• Perform
  - office tasks and ensure accurate
  - keeping.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and calm demeanor while handling customer queries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient
  - solving.

Requirements

• Native Italian speaker with English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Minimum experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Confident, adaptable, and empathetic, with the ability to guide customers through complex procedures.
• Organized and methodical thinker with good
  - solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
