• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
• Investigate and resolve issues from buyers, sellers, creators, and users
• Review reports within deadlines and quality standards
• Escalate complex cases through the proper channels

What You’ll Need

• Italian: C2 level (native-like fluency)
