? As a Customer Support you will: After sales support of all customers' requests in Italian mainly EMAIL but also incoming calls
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i. e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i. e. : I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”? Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance): €1000 gross x 14 months - basie salary, up to €100 gross performance bonus, €7. 23 NET/day meal voucher!20 €/month - Transport allowance?
