Your future project involves joining our Italian Customer Support team.
Our client is a financial technology company operating an online payment system. They offer an innovative payment method that allows you to shop at your favorite online and
- store locations, receive your products immediately, and pay in convenient monthly installments.
As a customer service advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Complying with company policies and procedures to meet legal, quality, and business standards
- Responding to customer and merchant inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Managing content and resources like FAQs for
- service support - Analyzing customer service statistics and preparing weekly reports
- Developing processes to improve customer service efficiency
- Collaborating with other business areas to incorporate customer insights into strategy
- Completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining the security and accuracy of customer data
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working proactively to meet targets and goals
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Intermediate English skills (at least B2)
- Excellent listening and communication skills in supported languages
- A motivated, enthusiastic personality
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Patience, empathy, and stress management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Technical aptitude and quick learning ability
- Ability to follow guidelines and instructions
- Calmness and clarity in critical situations
- Confidence in communication and dealing with challenging callers
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal (On
