As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for guaranteeing a great level of customer satisfaction. This role is critical in recognizing any troubles that customers may experience and solving them efficiently and accordingly.

- Online chatting,
- mailing, and handling incoming customer requests and calls;
- Recognizing theclient's issue and resolving it through investigation;

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support;
