Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, Skype and chat
- Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Upselling and
- selling techniques - Ensure all clients are aware of the company’s innovations
- Being an ambassador for the company
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in English
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in Italian
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to
- task, organize, and prioritize work - Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued
