Your role as a customer support agent involves providing
- quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
• Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving issues promptly and empathetically;
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database;
• Use open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot issues;
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C2 level or native);
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level);
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute;
• Availability to work rotating shifts;
• Previous experience or contact with clients;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility;
• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract;
