What You’ll Be Doing

As the primary contact for our Italian‑speaking clients (nurses, doctors, and hospital staff), your main goal is to deliver exceptional first‑line support. You will diagnose and solve technical inquiries and device‑related issues via phone, email, and chat. Strong attention to detail is key, as you’ll need to accurately document every interaction and troubleshooting step. While you will handle most issues, you must know when to upscale complex problems to our specialized technical experts. Full training on all devices and protocols will be provided, ensuring you are equipped to confidently support our customers.

The Essentials

• Italian Fluency: You must be fluent (native or near‑native) in Italian for both speaking and writing.
• English Skills: A minimum of B2 level English is required for internal communications and training.
• Location: Commitment to working on‑site in Porto, Portugal.
• Flexibility: Comfort with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including working on weekends and occasional night shifts.

Schedule & Availability Details

• Shifts: Rotational shifts any day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
• Days Off: Two rotational days off each week.
• Night Shift: All agents must be prepared to cover the night shift (22:00 to 07:00) occasionally as part of the rotation.
