You will be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our Italian-speaking customers, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will contribute to a supportive team and make a real difference in our customers’ day.
Responsibilities
- Becoming the Voice of Support: Answer customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency via phone, email, or chat, providing comprehensive assistance and building rapport.
- Mastering the Art of Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues, including general inquiries, technical challenges related to video uploads/playing, account management, and identifying potential bugs.
- Documenting with Precision: Accurately record all actions taken during customer interactions for clear history and effective
- up. - Navigating Complexities: Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams following established procedures to ensure timely resolutions.
- Becoming a Product Pro: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful support.
Qualifications
- Language Expertise: Native proficiency in Italian with a B2 level of English for internal communication and collaboration.
- Experience Level: Opportunities for Senior and Junior profiles. Senior role requires at least 1 year of proven customer support experience; Junior role for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication (Italian and English), proactive attitude, team player, attention to detail, time management, empathy.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Chrome, Google Drive) and basic troubleshooting.
Schedule
- Senior Role: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
- Junior Role: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours/week. Days off communicated four weeks in advance.
Benefits and Relocation
- Competitive Base Salary: 15, 680 per year for senior profiles.
- Language Premium: 600 per year for Italian language skills.
- Transportation Allowance: 720 per year.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 5% of annual base salary.
- Meal Allowance: 7. 63 per working day via meal card (paid 11 times per year).
- Relocation Package: 2, 500 gross relocation bonus plus assistance with finding accommodation and navigating Lisbon procedures.
