Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide product and service information with a friendly,

• Assist with technical issues or

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native-level Italian (or C2 equivalent)
• Minimum B1/B2 level in English (for internal communication)
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required we train you!
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, two days off)
• Must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate
