Your Role

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with a variety of requests from product questions to technical issues
• Ensure quick, helpful, and professional responses
• Collaborate with a global remote team and follow structured workflows
• Work on rotating shifts for schedule flexibility
