We are currently hiring an Italian Marketing Optimization Specialist.

The main purpose of the role is to act as an advisor for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team.

The team will work onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company, responding to client leads and assisting in the success of this project. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern,

Your Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers.
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign levels.
• Create reports to support or aid optimization strategies.
• Use optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
  Tube.
• Identify opportunities within accounts to help sales teams seize new business and foster conversations with agencies and clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads.
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas for operational improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Experience in digital marketing (client service or account management).
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certification (preferred).
• Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of digital/internet applications (Ad
  Words, advertising platforms, etc. ).
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, capable of working independently and in team environments.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and apply new products, processes, and policies.
• A passion for excellence and a commitment to quality customer service.
