Role Overview

As a Content Moderator, you’ll evaluate
- generated content—such as product listings and posts—to confirm compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to creating a consistent, safe, and positive environment for shoppers and sellers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review content to guarantee alignment with internal guidelines and external regulations
• Evaluate user submissions fairly, accurately, and with cultural awareness
• Support a seamless and secure shopping experience for all platform users
• Follow established workflows while adapting to new policies and changing priorities
• Identify, document, and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
• Stay up to date with platform updates, moderation practices, and industry developments

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
