Gross salary for the Italian market: €850 base + €300 language bonus + performance bonus + meal allowance
Gross salary for the Dutch market: €850 + €770 Language Bonus + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus (up to €130/month)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Help with orders, exchanges , and identify upselling opportunities
Ensure accurate case tracking and timely

- date with product knowledge and internal policies
Collaborate with your team to meet quality KPIs and boost customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Italian – mandatory
Strong English skills – written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)
Ability to multitask , adapt, and thrive in a
- paced environment
