Job Description:

Posizione

• Capacity Plan: Review of the Capacity Plan sent monthly by the client.
• Plan accordingly to meet the necessary FTE & Production Hours. Weekly review to ensure all assumptions are taken into account to meet production hours accuracy.
• Recruitment/Hiring Plan: Work closely with recruitment and Operations to develop and plan all recruitment needs until Eo
  Y.
• Shrinkage: Plan of Internal and External shrinkage by reviewing %s Wo
  W to meet production and productive hours targets.
• Training Plan: Constant communication with the training department for creating new hire classes or internal movements such as upskills.
• Business Reviews with the client: WBR and MBR to review all WFM results.
• Absenteeism & Attrition: Ownership of Absenteeism and Attrition results and projections, working with Operations as they are accountable.
• Scheduling Manager: Managing the Scheduling team, conducting weekly 1-on-1s, and supporting the team. Weekly scheduling calls with the client to review Interval Staffing results and forecast future needs.

Caratteristiche del candidato

Requisiti tecnici e conoscenze informatiche:

• Advanced MS Excel (including advanced formulas), Word, Power
  Point, Outlook.
• SQL/VBA macros are an asset.
• Experience with IEX, CMS, Avaya is an asset.

Lingue straniere:

• Italiano: madrelingua
• Inglese: ottimo (C2)

Esperienze lavorative precedenti:

• Higher or University education with a technical background (mathematical or statistical courses preferable).
• Experience in managing projects and data analysis for business recommendations.
• Experience in Workforce Management and call center environments is desirable.
• Experience in technology industries is a plus.

Titoli preferenziali:

• Proficient or native Italian (mandatory).
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Other requirements:

• Availability to travel and support outside regular hours.

Titolo di studio:

• Laurea (primo livello) in
  - statistical,
  - social disciplines (L-18, 17).

Disponibilità al trasferimento:

• Sì, anche all'estero.
