As a Directory Platforms Operator, you’ll communicate with customers in Italian and Portuguese, assisting them with managing their business listings and services. You’ll ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks

1. Chat and email support – answer questions and provide product information
2. Create and manage customer files – maintain accuracy and organization
3. Take or update orders – including modifications or cancellations
4. Handle feedback and complaints – stay friendly and helpful at all times
5. Maintain high customer satisfaction – communicate clearly, professionally, and supportively
