Italian Safety Advisor for Airbnb - Lisbon, Portugal

Join our customer service team to help build a loyal travel community. We are looking for native or fluent Italian speakers with strong English communication skills, interested in a multicultural environment.

Your role: be part of the Italian Claims and Safety team, assisting customers with property damage issues and handling sensitive situations during or after reservations. Analyze customer cases and property features, working proactively to meet targets.

Requirements:

• Native or proficient Italian (C2)
• Advanced English (C1 or higher), verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Background in mediation, dispute, or conflict resolution is a plus
• Curious, eager to learn, and a good investigator
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willing to relocate to Portugal or local candidate
