Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the online marketplace and resolving any issues related to transactions, listings, payments, and deliveries.
2. Review and monitor listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
3. Support customers via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to provide solutions and assistance.
4. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
5. Stay updated on marketplace guidelines, new features, and policy changes to provide accurate support.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Native in Italian – both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in English (training will be conducted in English).
3. Strong communication and
   - solving skills.
4. Previous experience in customer support,
   - commerce, or a similar role is a plus.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a variety of customer requests.
6. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Training:

1. Duration: 10 working days, 8 hours per day.
2. Conducted in English.
3. Training start times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h, depending on the group.
