As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

Communicating friendly and efficiently with customers and providing relevant information
Dealing with property damage issues
Handling sensitive issues reported during or after reservations
Analyzing customer situations and assessing property features to determine liability
Identifying anomalies and patterns to recognize fraudulent claims
Working proactively and independently to meet targets and goals

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
Proficient level of English (C2), both verbal and written
Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
Analytical and
- solving skills with strong attention to detail
Experience estimating contents and automobile/watercraft losses
Desire to learn and grow; be a curious investigator and problem solver
Minimum 1 year of experience handling property damage, insurance, and healthcare claims, dispute, or conflict resolution
Or a minimum of 2 years of Airbnb Claims experience
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
