Your future project: join our Italian Content Moderator team.
Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
- Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
- Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
- Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
- Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Follow the direction of management and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to a challenging software system
- Analytical and
- solving skills with strong attention to detail - Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Availability to work onsite
- Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
