Italian Content Moderator – E-Commerce Platform | Portugal

As a Content Moderator, you’ll review and assess online materials — including product listings, user posts, and seller content — ensuring they follow company policies and community standards. Your mission is to help create a safe and seamless experience for both buyers and sellers across the platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate
  - generated content to ensure compliance with internal and legal guidelines.
• Make thoughtful, consistent decisions, taking cultural and linguistic nuances into account.
• Identify and resolve sensitive or complex cases when necessary.
• Stay informed on policy updates and moderation practices.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and trustworthy online atmosphere for all users.

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) and strong English skills (B2).
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Portugal.
• A minimum of one year of experience in content moderation or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail, resilience, and communication abilities.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for online safety.
