Mercier Consultancy BG is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Consultant for our Video Streaming Platform based in Lisbon. The role involves supporting Italian-speaking clients by guiding them through platform features, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth onboarding and support. Key Responsibilities

Support Italian-speaking clients with onboarding and ongoing assistance on our video streaming platform.
Assist clients with inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues effectively in Italian.
Conduct training sessions to help clients understand and utilize platform functionalities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their streaming needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and suggest platform improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends in video streaming to provide relevant insights.
Document client interactions and contribute to support material improvements.
Maintain fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or consulting, especially in technology or video streaming industries.
