You’ll be responsible for revising ads, removing unsuitable content, and ensuring all ads align with target audience demographics and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Revise online advertisements within our streaming service to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and remove inappropriate content, maintaining a positive user experience.
• Review advertisements to align with specific target audiences, such as removing ads for products like soda for audiences under 12 years old, in accordance with local regulations and project guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent content quality and adherence to project guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• EU ID, Residence Card, and Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:
  • Without experience: €14, 000 gross per year.
  • With relevant experience: €15, 000‑€16, 000 gross per year.
• Language Bonus (Italian): €600 per year
• Transportation Bonus: €720 per year
• Meal Allowance: €7. 63 net per working day (≈ 22 days/month), totaling €2, 014. 32 per year
• Performance Bonus: 5 % of base annual salary (range €700‑€800 per year)
• Possible Gross Annual Income: €18, 034. 32 up to €20, 134. 32 depending on experience
• Relocation Bonus: €2, 500 gross for internationals; €1, 500 gross for locals, paid with first payroll cycle
• Health, Life, and Family Insurance covering employee, spouse/legal partner, and children
• Training: 2‑month training agreement + 1‑year Fixed‑Term Contract with 30‑day probation

Relocation Support

• Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF (tax identification number) and NISS (social security number).
• Assistance in finding suitable housing.
• Generous relocation bonus to cover initial expenses.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Santos, Portugal
• Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (rotate monthly)
• Shift options:
  • 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 08:00 AM
• 8‑hour working day
