We're Hiring: Italian Content Moderators – Lisbon

Location: Lisbon (on-site only)

Start Date: 02 October 2025

Annual Compensation: Up to €26, 000

What's on Offer:

• €1, 000/month salary (x14 months)
• Monthly performance bonus up to €380
• Meal allowance up to €167/month
• 50% transport reimbursement
• Night shift premium: +25%
• Healthcare from day 1
• 24/7 rotating shifts

Relocation Support

• Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months
• Room in a shared apartment: €280/month (deducted from payslip, all bills included)

Your Role:

• Review, validate and moderate online content with accuracy and speed
• Handle and assess sensitive content (violence, bullying, drugs, etc. )
• Escalate risks or policy violations when needed
• Help improve moderation processes

Requirements:

• C2 Italian
• B2 English for internal communication
• Availability for rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
• Strong critical thinking & attention to detail
• EU Passport / EU ID or valid Manifestação de Interesse in Portugal
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
