We are looking for Italian speakers to work as Content Moderators in our client's multinational team in Porto. In this role, you will ensure that
- generated content on a leading travel platform complies with community guidelines. You will review and moderate posts, images, and comments to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for users. This is a
- time,
- site position in Porto.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and review
  - generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in content moderation.
• Provide feedback to improve content moderation policies and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address user concerns.

Work Schedule :

• Monday to Sunday : 09 : 00 AM 06 : 00 PM.
• Days off : 2 rotational days per week (including 1 full weekend off per month).
• On-site position in Porto.

Eligibility Requirements :

• Fluency in Italian (C2 and higher, written and spoken) and a good command of English (B2 and higher, written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Previous content moderation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal :
• Visas may be accepted (subject to consultation).
