Job Title: Italian‑Speaking Content Moderator

About the Role

We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our content moderation team for a major global social media platform. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and take appropriate action on
- generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate
  - generated content in Italian according to internal policies and guidelines
• Respond to
  - related inquiries and elevate sensitive cases when needed
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in
  - making
• Meet quality and productivity targets
• Contribute to a safe and positive online environment for all users

Work Schedule

• 24/7 coverage Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
• Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 1, 000/month × 14 months
• Performance bonus (monthly, based on KPIs)
• Welcome bonus: 3, 000

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Italian (C2)
• Good English skills (B1/B2)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments
• Comfortable with potentially sensitive or graphic content
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
