We are looking for fluent Italian speakers to help turn dream holidays into reality In this role, you will be the key to creating unforgettable cruise experiences for our customers, providing
- notch support from booking to bon voyage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and travel agents.
• Sell exciting cruise packages and suggest valuable
  - ons (cross-selling & upselling).
• Manage bookings and answer
  - booking questions.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, ships, travel documents, and prices.
• Assist travel agents with their booking management.

What We're Looking For (Mandatory Requirements):

• Native/Fluent proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• A good level of English (minimum B2) both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a sales role is a must.
• Background in tourism or travel agencies is a significant advantage.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Strong digital skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A
  - solving mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Must have a valid work permit or residence card authorizing work in Portugal.
• Minimum of 12th grade education.
• Ability to provide a clean Criminal Record.

Practical Details:

• Contract: 6-month
  - term contract, with strong potential for renewal based on performance.
• Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 08:00 – 19:00, Monday to Sunday.
• Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
• Holidays: 22 days per year (cannot be taken during the initial training/probation period). .
