Job Overview

• Role: Customer Service Representative
• Project: Home Appliances
• Languages: Italian (C2/native) and English (B2)
• Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal
• Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
• Training Start Date: 6/Nov/25
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00. Sunday and one rotational day off per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Language proficiency: Italian (C2/native) and English (B2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1, 000 EUR gross/month (14 months).
• Performance Bonus: 100 EUR gross/month (12 months).
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR /day (1, 908. 72 EUR per annum).
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (240 EUR per annum).
