Position Overview
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be a vital part of our healthcare support team, responsible for assisting clients throughout their diabetes care journey. This role involves providing information, answering inquiries, assisting with service bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
This is a full-time,
- site role based in Porto, Portugal. Relocation assistance includes flight tickets to Porto and accommodation upon arrival.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding diabetes medical services, including appointment scheduling, care instructions, and service
- up. - Guide clients through processes related to their care and respond to questions with accuracy and empathy.
- Communicate medical and
- related information clearly while ensuring client comfort and understanding. - Resolve issues and complaints promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and client experiences.
- Stay informed about diabetes care services, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (both written and spoken) — mandatory.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required — full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a
- centered approach. - Ability to work efficiently in a
- paced,
- site environment. - Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with service tools.
- Must be willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal. Candidates relocating from abroad will receive flight tickets and accommodation, but no additional relocation package is offered.
