Please note:

This is a remote position within Portugal only . If you are currently living outside of Portugal, relocation support is provided , including flight to Lisbon and temporary accommodation .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, or live chat .
• Assist users with inquiries related to account access, billing, content availability, and general platform navigation .
• Provide guidance on how to use the streaming platform and its features effectively on various devices.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams as needed.
• Log customer interactions in the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service , ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Stay informed about the latest updates on platform features, content, and support procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your product knowledge and performance.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Italian (C1 or above) – both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B2+) to communicate with internal teams.
• A keen interest in movies, TV shows, and digital entertainment .
• Excellent communication skills and a calm,
  - solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting .
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory .
• Must be already residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
