Please note: This is a remote position within Portugal only. If you are currently living outside of Portugal, relocation support is provided , including flight to Lisbon and temporary accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, or live chat.

Assist users with inquiries related to account access, billing, content availability, and general platform navigation.

Provide guidance on how to use the streaming platform and its features effectively on various devices.

Escalate complex cases to specialized teams as needed.

Log customer interactions in the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.

Uphold the highest standards of customer service , ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution.

Stay informed about the latest updates on platform features, content, and support procedures.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your product knowledge and performance.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Italian (C1 or above) – both written and spoken.

Intermediate English (B2+) to communicate with internal teams.

A keen interest in movies, TV shows, and digital entertainment.

Excellent communication skills and a calm,
- solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Must be already residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
